- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The PA was awesome and worked towards solving the medical concerns at hand. However I have a huge issue with the front desk staff. I have no insurance and pay cash for visits ultrasounds and blood work. The woman whom received my payment on the second visit did not write me a receipt and mismanaged 160$ after not being able to provide change initially. I am now expected to pay twice. When I addressed her the first time she claimed it was an issue with the patient billing portal. The second time she completely lied and or was forgetful.
