  Doctor Loeffler is an amazing doctor. Unfortunately his staff is not as good. I feel I have been discriminated against. I made a mistake, a very bad mistake while seeing doctor Loeffler several years ago. Long story short I got my life together, I have served my time, and lord knows went through hell and back to get where I am today. Now I'm trying to finish my healing process and get the pins removed from my ankle so I can officially move on, but the ladies and supposedly the boss of the office will not let me be seen. Doctor Loeffler told me personally that he forgave me and that he would still see me as his patient after I got my life back together. Not only am I being denied service Merci a lady that works for Loeffler basically told me that I can not see Loeffler nor will anyone else do my surgery stating, "most doctors don't due surgery on patients not previously seen by them" so I'm basically screwed. If anyone has advice for me I'm all ears. God bless and I hope no one ever makes one feel the way these ladies have made me feel.
